# Agent traffic > Shows an API owner which AI agents call their API, how agent sessions go, and which errors end them. The API's servers send one event per request to it; the dashboard builds sessions, paths and failure rates from them. To install it into a Node/Express API, read the install skill and follow it: a signup curl, the @katrinalaszlo/agent-traffic npm package and two lines of code, and a curl that checks the data. ## Docs - [Install skill](https://alg.katrinalaszlo.com/SKILL.md): three-step install for a coding agent, ending in POST /v1/install-check - [Onboarding guide](https://alg.katrinalaszlo.com/docs.md): signup, sending events, every field, responses, coverage API, retention, limits - [Express middleware](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@katrinalaszlo/agent-traffic): the npm package @katrinalaszlo/agent-traffic (source: https://github.com/katrinalaszlo/agent-traffic-skill) ## Read reports from a coding agent (MCP) - [MCP server](https://alg.katrinalaszlo.com/mcp): POST, streamable HTTP, stateless, read-only, `Authorization: Bearer $AGENT_TRAFFIC_KEY`. Tools: list_projects, traffic_coverage, traffic_paths, conversions, install_check. Setup: https://alg.katrinalaszlo.com/docs#3b-ask-your-coding-agent ## Optional - [Demo dashboard](https://alg.katrinalaszlo.com/demo): sample data - [Routes](https://alg.katrinalaszlo.com/v1/routes): every API route as JSON
